With GREATS now under new management as of October 15, 2024, we’re setting out to rebuild your trust. This new chapter is about making things right.

Here’s an honest update on where we stand and answers to questions you might have.

I’ve had issues with my recent order or refund requests—what now?

A warehouse and systems transition on our end caused some unprecedented issues with our fulfillment. We sent out an update on November 5, 2024 about these orders. However, if you haven’t received an update from us, our new customer service team can be reached at support@greats.com. We’ll make sure your order is prioritized and fulfilled as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our orders now ship from a new facility in New Jersey, and typical delivery times are 3–5 business days. We’re doing everything we can to ensure that fulfillment is smoother than ever, including throughout the holiday season.

Where are GREATS shoes manufactured?

GREATS shoes were originally all made in Italy. There have also been times in our past where the team experimented with shoes made in China and other global footwear hubs. Today, we manufacture all our products in Portugal and Italy, using Italian leather and other high quality materials. Going forward, we are fully dedicated to keeping production in Europe in order to maintain our high standards of quality and ethical manufacturing, while keeping fair prices.

Has the quality of GREATS changed?

Absolutely not. While our management has changed, our shoe design and product development team has stayed on and maintains the same standards and philosophy behind the brand. Quality has always been our promise, and we’re committed to delivering the same standards you expect. We carefully source Italian
leather and maintain strict quality checks with our European partners.

What does the future look like for GREATS?

With a new management team in place, we are working on operational improvements that will create a better customer experience for you. That said, the tenets of the brand and our product have not changed, and we continue to stick to the brand’s original mantra of making ‘The Best, for the Most, for the Least’ (a quote borrowed from the iconic Eames brothers), while planning exciting new styles and product launches for next year.
